Presidents Day

We went to Rocky Mountain National Park yesterday and went snow shoeing for the first time ever.  We all three had a blast and will most likely try this again.  We went on a Ranger Guided tour that lasted 2 hours.  It was a beautiful day especially in the trees when we left the trees we encountered some wind (gusts up to about 30MPH the ranger said). Sunshine and snow. We went too the Bear Lake area and then hiked for about 2 hours, we saw Bear Lake and Nymph Lake, so pretty.  I hope you enjoy the pictures.

Sorry to be gone for a year...

As many of you know we lived in the basement at Jim's parent's home for almost a year.  It was hard to get on to update our blog since we really did not have internet access.
As of July of 2010 we have moved to Colorado where Jim is currently attending school at Redstone college.  He will graduate in December of 2011.  He is doing well and enjoying school.
Theresa is now a Jr and attending Legacy High School here in Colorado, she will be a Sr this fall and graduate next May (2012).  Time sure has flown by, I can't believe that she will be out of school in a little over a year.
As for me, I am enrolled at an online college and am taking, at present, one class every 5 1/2 weeks and will do so until I finish my BA, it has been a long time coming and I am happy to be back in school and in a school that will move with me when I move.  If I increase my classes to 2 every 5 1/2 weeks I can graduate next year, but we will see, I am happy with  one class at a time.  This allows me to concentrate and get a good grade.
